All Saints Sunday: Because most of our members will be serving at the Crossroads soup kitchen on the traditional All Saints Sunday, St Patricks will designate Sunday, October 29 for this special day. The services at 10 am and 6 pm will include special music, prayers, and candle lighting as we remember the saints who have touched our lives.
Veterans Day and A Feast of Scottish Saints: Sunday, Nov. 12. The services at 10 am and 6 pm will include special music and prayers honoring our veterans and remembering St. Margaret of Scotland and St. Andrew, patron saint of Scotland.
Sunday before Thanksgiving Day: Sunday, Nov. 19. The services at 10 am and 6 pm will include traditional Thanksgiving music and prayers.
Meaningful Activities for Persons with Memory Loss: 1:00 pm, Tuesday, Nov. 28 at St. Patrick's. Sponsored by Interfaith Volunteer Caregivers, a guest speaker will provide useful information for caregivers.
Blue Christmas: 7:00 pm, Wednesday, December 13. A special service at St. Patrick’s, acknowledging that not everyone is feeling joyful at this time of year. Financial challenges, health issues, loved ones who are no longer with us, or painful Christmas memories from the past, can make the season especially difficult for some of us. This candlelight service will include of scripture, music, prayers, and an uplifting message of encouragement and hope.
